Full Job Description
Real Estate Finance Attorney Due to continued growth, Chiesa Shahinian & Giantomasi PC (CSG Law) is seeking an associate attorney with 6+ years of experience in commercial real estate transactions, with a focus on representing institutional and commercial lenders in sophisticated commercial real estate finance matters. Experience structuring, negotiating, and documenting complex real estate and finance transactions is required; workout experience is a plus. Additionally, candidates should possess expertise in reviewing title commitments, surveys, corporate organizational documents, opinions, and leases, and otherwise conducting comprehensive due diligence. Our ideal candidate will be admitted in New York and New Jersey. Currently, we are not accepting recruiter submissions for this role. The expected salary range for this position is $200,000-$225,000. The actual base salary offered may depend upon a variety of factors, including (without limitation) the applicant's qualifications, relevant experience and other certifications or professional licenses held. The anticipated salary range listed is just one component of CSG Law's total compensation and benefits package which includes (but is not limited to) discretionary bonuses; life, health, accident, and disability insurance; health savings accounts and flexible spending accounts; and a 401(k) plan. A hybrid work model is available for this position. Our benefits package includes coverage options for medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, FSAs, 401K and paid time off.
