You'll Support Meaningful Work By: - Managing preferred provider programs with key commercial real estate firms.
- Developing and delivering tailored marketing materials and presentations.
- Driving business development and building relationships with real estate influencers.
- Collaborating with dealer partners to support sales efforts.
- Leading national real estate initiatives and partnership programs.
- Gathering and analyzing commercial real estate trends.
- Supporting internal teams with actionable insights and tools.
Minimum Qualifications: - Proven ability to build relationships and establish credibility
- Experience engaging commercial real estate influencers
- Ability to work independently with accountability
- Strong process orientation and organizational skills
- Effective communication and presentation skills
- Ability to translate business insights into value propositions
- General understanding of business operations
- 3-5 years of relevant experience
- Ability to travel 10 - 20%
Desired Skills and Experience: - Experience in business development or sales
- Ability to develop targeted marketing content
- Familiarity with commercial real estate ecosystems
- Strength in managing programs end-to-end
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally
The annual base salary range for this position is $94,100 - $117,600 - $147,000. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Steelcase considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
