Overview

Are you looking to join a growing team at an AmLaw 100 firm? Nelson Mullins is seeking a corporate associate to join its Atlanta office.

A Day in the Life

Firm attorneys in Atlanta have worked on many business and legal developments in the Southeast and beyond, including national class action court cases, formation of public companies, financial institution capital transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and work on important pro bono cases.

 

The Firm moved to its current location at 201 17th Street NW in 2007 as the first tenant in a new building located at Atlantic Station, a brownfield reclamation and mixed-used development that houses everyday amenities including alternative transportation options within walking distance.  The office meets the U.S. Green Building Council’s Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) certification.

We Know You

You have 3 to 5 years of meaning experience negotiating purchase and sale agreements, closing documents, loan agreements, ancillary loan documents, closing loans, closing acquisitions and closing dispositions. You have strong academics and work ethic, a positive attitude and an interest in growing your practice in commercial finance and real estate. You have excellent writing, analytical, and communication skills and are admitted (in good standing) to the Georgia Bar.
