Greenberg Traurig (GT), a global law firm, has an exciting full-time employment opportunity for a 4th to 7th year Associate in the Real Estate Practice of our Denver office. Job Requirements

The ideal candidate will have 4-7 years of real estate experience in commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions, real estate finance, leasing, joint ventures and development. Experience drafting and negotiating complex contracts is essential. The candidate will be given significant responsibility and be expected to run transactions with little or no oversight. Investment fund experience is a plus.Qualified candidates will have a strong academic background, superior drafting and negotiation skills, and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment. Candidates should also have strong interpersonal, writing and analytical skills, attention to detail, and the desire and initiative to "take ownership" over work and career. Candidates must be in good standing with the Colorado Bar.

The expected pay range for this position is:

$220,000-$270,000 per year

Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience, location, and other job-related factors permitted by law. Full time employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus, health insurance with an optional HSA, short term disability, long term disability, dental insurance, vision care, life insurance, Healthcare and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts, 401K, vacation, sick time, and an employee assistance program. Commuter and Transit programs may also be available in certain markets.
