Full Job Description
Job Description:

This position is open in the Phoenix, San Francisco, Seattle, and Bellevue offices.

Our Real Estate practice represents national and global clients in complex acquisitions and dispositions, leasing, construction and development, real estate finance, and portfolio management across a wide range of asset classes. Our work focuses on core and emerging assets such as: office, industrial, retail, hospitality, real estate finance, CMBS work outs, development work for mixed-use and emerging asset types (including an active and growing data center practice encompassing colocation transactions, hyperscaler leasing, and powered land acquisitions), as well as work on large, multi-site portfolios for some of the world's most well-known corporate and technology companies. We routinely work across offices and collaborate with colleagues nationwide to deliver coordinated, practical solutions at scale.

A minimum of one year of transactional real estate experience is required. The successful candidate will draft carefully and analytically, take responsibility for projects, be organized, and exercise and help with a wide range of fast-moving transactions and large portfolios. We value lawyers who think beyond discrete tasks to anticipate issues, structure solutions, and deliver thoughtful, precise work product. Candidates should be collaborative, responsive, and relationship-driven, with a genuine interest in client service and team-based practice.

Our team-and the broader firm-is growing, collegial, and highly integrated across offices and practices. This is an opportunity to join a nationally recognized real estate platform with a steadily expanding portfolio of high-profile clients and matters, and to build a long-term practice in a dynamic, market-leading group.

To be considered, please submit your cover letter, resume, law school transcript, and a brief writing sample. Principals only.

This position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, 401(k) plan, medical, dental, and vision insurance, personal medical and parental leave, up to ten paid Holidays, and family care benefits. More information regarding benefits and programs may be found here.

Compensation range: $225,000 to $260,00 annually. Compensation depends on qualifications and experience.
