Qualifications

• PMP or equivalent agile project management certification required.
• Minimum 5 years of Agile Project Management experience.
• Experience in financial services is essential.
• Proven strong executive communication skills.
• Demonstrated stakeholder management experience.
• Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodology for sprint-based delivery.

Responsibilities

• Create weekly engagement status reports and lead agile ceremonies including sprint demos and daily standups.
• Maintain a RAID log and establish an escalation path for issues or risks.
• Lead sprint planning sessions and manage the backlog using Jira.
• Compile findings and produce an executive readout deck in conjunction with the Cloud Architect.
• Schedule and facilitate knowledge transfer sessions regarding assessment findings and drive outcomes effectively.
• Draft the wave plan sequencing and migration roadmap in collaboration with the AWS PCA.
