Full Job Description
KPMG iscurrently seeking a Re-Sell Contracts Manager to join our EnterpriseContracting Center.

Responsibilities:
  • Draft, review, and negotiate resellerand channel partnership agreements for technology products and services
  • Ensure all contracts comply withcompany policies, legal requirements, and industry regulations
  • Collaborate with sales, legal,finance, and operations teams to align contract terms with business objectives
  • Maintain a centralized contractsrepository to track status, expirations, renewals, and compliance obligations
  • Monitor partner performance againstcontractual obligations and escalate issues as needed
  • Support pricing models, rebates, andincentives included in reseller agreements
  • Provide guidance to internalstakeholders on contract terms, risk mitigation, and best practices forreseller relationships
  • Act with integrity, professionalism,and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous workenvironment
