Full Job Description
The Opportunity

We're hiring a Revenue Cycle Manager to own billing outcomes across a portfolio of accounts.

This is a hands-on role focused on resolving complex billing issues, working with payers, and driving claims to reimbursement. You will be the primary billing owner for your assigned accounts, stepping in on escalations, investigations, and onboarding support when needed.

This is not a pure execution role, you are expected to identify issues, problem-solve, and drive resolution end-to-end.

What You'll Do
  • Own billing performance for a set of provider accounts
  • Investigate and resolve complex claim issues, denials, and reimbursement gaps
  • Work directly with payers to follow up, escalate, and resolve claims
  • Identify root causes of billing issues and ensure they are addressed
  • Support onboarding of new accounts, including billing setup and early claim submission
  • Join provider calls when needed to support onboarding, troubleshooting, or escalations
  • Partner with account managers to triage and resolve billing-related issues
  • Spot patterns in denials or failures and recommend process improvements
  • Help establish best practices for billing workflows and payer interactions

What We're Looking For
  • 4+ years of experience in revenue cycle management or medical billing
  • Strong experience with denials management, payer follow-ups, and claim investigations
  • Deep familiarity with US healthcare billing workflows
  • Ability to independently own problems and drive them to resolution
  • Comfortable communicating billing issues clearly (internally and externally)
  • Strong critical thinking skills - not just task execution
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to identify patterns and root causes
  • Experience in pharmacy, ambulatory care, or digital health is a plus

Success in This Role Looks Like
  • Claims move efficiently from submission to reimbursement
  • Denials are resolved quickly and root causes are addressed
  • Providers gain confidence in billing performance
  • Complex issues are handled without creating bottlenecks
  • Billing operations scale without constant escalation
