Full Job Description
Your key responsibilities:
  • Establish and Maintain quality requirements for raw materials for use in the production of Photoresists and Associated Materials at advanced production nodes
  • Establish and Maintain critical process control parameters for raw material production in concert with internal and external vendors
  • Interact closely with vendors to ensure clear communication of DuPont's expectations, including regular audits, technical meetings, and on-site visits
  • Work with multidisciplinary teams to determine root cause and corrective actions of material quality failure
  • Coordinate with a global team to ensure success of all projects
  • Ensure new and existing raw material supply plans align with global strategy


Your qualification profile:
  • Essential: BS in Chemistry or ChemE with 5 years' experience or MS in Chemistry or ChemE with 2 years' experience in a chemical manufacturing environment
  • Essential: Understanding of statistical techniques including DOE, Control Charts, Gage R&R, ANOVA
  • Preferred: Experience working in a global environment with communications across cultures
  • Preferred: Experience working in the semiconductor or a related field
  • Essential: Experience using Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint
  • Preferred: Experience using a statistical software program (eg, JMP™)
  • Hands-on experience in chemical manufacturing, process development, or scale-up, with the ability to translate laboratory processes into production environments.
  • Preference for candidates with practical manufacturing experience, as opposed to primarily analytical or QC-focused backgrounds.
  • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and optimize manufacturing processes, including root cause analysis and implementation of corrective actions.
  • Experience working with external suppliers and partners, including resolving technical issues and supporting process consistency and scalability.
