Location: Marlborough, MA

Role Overview

The Technical Manager - Marlborough Leveraged Analytical Sciences, located in Marlborough, Massachusetts, is an exciting opportunity for an emerging leader to step into a highly visible role leading a team of 16 scientists and technicians supporting R&D and manufacturing across Qnity's global businesses.

This role combines hands-on technical leadership with people development and operational responsibility. The successful candidate will drive analytical excellence, build team capability, and align laboratory priorities with business needs to accelerate innovation and support manufacturing performance.

Qualifications
