We are looking for a
Patient Support Program Training Lead who is strategic, collaborative, and impact-driven to join our
Patient Services team, this role is based in one of UCB's offices: Smyrna, GA, Raleigh, NC or Boston MA. This is not a remote role.
About the role You will lead the design and delivery of training programs that enable patient services and reimbursement teams to perform at their best. In this role, you will translate complex program strategies into practical learning experiences that support patient access and operational excellence. You will play a key role in ensuring teams have the knowledge, tools, and capabilities needed to deliver consistent, high-quality support across the patient journey.
Who you'll work with You will work closely with patient services, reimbursement, legal, and cross-functional stakeholders. You will collaborate with leaders across the organization to ensure training aligns with business priorities and evolving market needs. This role offers strong cross-functional exposure and partnership opportunities.
What you'll do - Lead end-to-end training strategy for biopharma patient support programs
- Content development & delivery of engaging learning solutions, including workshops and digital modules
- Build reimbursement training aligned with payer and market requirements
- Identify training gaps and implement targeted capability solutions
- Track training effectiveness and continuously improving learning programs
- Facilitate both in-person and virtual training to cross-functional groups
Interested? For this role we're looking for the following Minimum requirements - Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in biopharma or patient support programs
- Willingness to travel up to 20%
- 1 year experience leading or supporting the developing and delivery structured training programs within biopharma
Preferred requirements - Experience delivering both in-person and virtual training
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills
- Proven ability to collaborate across cross-functional stakeholders
- Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements in patient services
- Experience supporting reimbursement or payer-related training
- Strong public speaking and workshop facilitation skills
- Demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement
This positions reasonably anticipated base salary range is $125,600 - $164,900 annually. The actual salary offered will take into account related knowledge, skills, experience and location among other factors and may fall outside the expected range.
