Role Summary
TheRare Disease HemophiliaAccount Specialistis a field-based specialty sales role responsible for driving the growth of the Hemophilia portfolio through compliant, strategic relationships within assigned accounts.This role partners withHemophilia Treatment Centers (HTCs),Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs)and Hematologiststo execute effective promotional strategies, support appropriate access, and deliver high-impact customer engagement. TheHemophiliaAccountSpecialistleverages strong sales acumen, product and disease-state expertise, and a structured approach to in-person engagement while collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
RoleResponsibilities
Leverage product, disease, and market knowledge to identify opportunities, prioritize accounts, and support appropriatetreatmentoptions.
Support patient access by providing information on prior authorization requirements, reimbursement support, hubs, and co-pay resources as applicable.

Education:Bachelorsdegree
Work Experience:Minimum of 3 years in one or more of the following:
Drivers Licensing Requirement:ValidUS drivers license and driving record in compliance with company standards.

Work Location Assignment:Remote - Field Based
The annual base salary for this position ranges from $108,600 - $250,700.During initial new hire sales training, you will be classified as a salary non-exempt employee which entitles you to overtime pay. Upon your training certification, you will become an overtime exempt employee.In addition, this position offers an additional Sales Incentive bonus.
