Position Description: CGI Federal is seeking a Management Analyst IV (Range Technician) to support FBI/A in Quantico, VA
Your future duties and responsibilities: Under the general supervision from the Firearms Training Unit Chief and SSA Range Master, the Supply Technician will manage and support a variety of programs: the Firearms Training Unit Ammunition (AM) program; the Reactive Range Maintenance (RRM) program; the Range Preventive Maintenance (RPM) program; and the Daily Operations (DayOps) program.
The Range Technician is a vital position in the Training Division (TD) in efforts to maintain training for FBI Special Agents, New Agent candidates, and VIPs. The position is critical to the success of TD as the representative of the FBI in all training aspects. The technician position within TD is the largest and most expansive responsibility of its series in the FBI. The technician will be responsible for two large agencies, 10 indoor and outdoor ranges, a fleet of heavy equipment vehicles, more than 15 million rounds of ammunition, two ammunition warehouses, a massive parts and equipment inventory, and a range technician facility.
. Perform a variety of duties in scheduling, receiving, unloading, handling, delivering, rotating, issuing, stocking, shipping, packaging, and accounting for inventory warehouse. The technician is responsible to the FBI and the DOJ for inventory management and is the accountable representative during OIG inspections. The technician provides daily inventories to those who order the ammunition and advises as to space management needs and future planning.

Responsible for oversight, monitoring, and maintenance of heavy equipment and machinery and is to be certified on the use of specialized heavy equipment such as diesel, propane, electric, and explosive proof forklifts to complete the above listed duties regarding ammunition, as well as other heavy equipment such as Bobcat skid steer and ToolCat vehicles and tractors.
. Receive delivery supplies, materials, and equipment; confirms that delivered goods match purchase order specifications of quantity, condition, model number, etc. and complete
Required qualifications to be successful in this role: . Must have an active Top-Secret Clearance.
. Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
. Operate indoor and heavy-duty outdoor forklifts, and other necessary vehicles and equipment
. Obtain training and certifications in handling hazardous, flammable, or explosive materials.
Hourly Rate: $43.61/hour
