ContextThe candidate will be responsible for conducting data analyses on operational events related to the DIT and SONO systems in order to establish representative statistics for the events observed and collected for each system. To this end, relevant indicators and ratios will need to be defined in collaboration with Systra FDMS and the STM engineering teams.
Missions/Main Duties- Evaluate system performance, reliability, and safety.
- Analyze operational feedback and operating data from DIT and SONO systems.
- Produce relevant statistics, indicators, and ratios in collaboration with Systra's RAMS team and STM engineering teams.
- Prepare summary reports and present statistical results.
- Provide technical recommendations and decision-making support.
Profile/SkillsEducation: University degree in Electronics Engineering or Electrical Engineering. Training in RAMS (Reliability, Availability, Maintainability and Safety) is required, or equivalent significant experience may be considered.
Years of experience: 5 to 10 years of experience, depending on education and professional background. 8 to 10 years of experience in the application of RAMS processes in accordance with CENELEC standards EN 50126 and EN 50129.
Technical skills: - Strong statistical analysis skills applied to operational feedback (REX), including mastery of statistical distributions suited to the size of operating event populations.
- Ability to perform safety and reliability analyses using associated methods such as functional analysis, FMEA/FMECA, fault tree analysis, reliability block diagram modeling, and failure rate estimation.
- Experience in the design of complex systems.
Interpersonal skills:- Excellent command of French, both written and spoken.
- Ability to communicate analyses and results clearly to engineering teams and STM project management.
