Job DescriptionRadiology technologists are medical personnel who perform diagnostic imaging examinations for the diagnosis and treatment of patients. This may include fractures, diseases, and abnormalities of patient anatomy.
Key Responsibilities:- Responsible for accurately positioning patients and ensuring that a quality radiographic image is produced.
- Works closely with radiologists and physicians who interpret images to either diagnose or rule out disease
or injury - Responsible for communication and documentation of patient images.
- Maintain communication with patients, parents, and medical personnel.
- Maintains on-going plan for personal growth and self-development.
- Demonstrates professional role requirements related to communication with peers and supervisor and
flexibility during unexpected work related events.
Required Qualifications:- Certificate Radiologic Technology
- American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT)
- Prior C-arm experience
Preferred Qualifications:- 2 Years Pediatric Orthopedics
The pay range for this position is $32.15 - $48.23. Compensation is determined based on years of relevant experience and departmental equity.
