Description:
Radiology Tech position available.
Facility has 457 licensed beds and is a Trauma Level III teaching hospital.
It is recognized as a Chest Pain Center and a Stroke Center of Excellence.
Bariatric services are also offered.
The average number of patients per day will be discussed during the interview.
Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of experience.
First-time travelers are welcome to apply.
The patient types and common diagnoses include those served by the Emergency Department, inpatient units, and outpatient services.
NC State Licensure is not required for this position.
Skills will be discussed during the interview process.
Support within the department includes Radiology nursing and transport services.
The EMR system used is EPIC.
Department-specific equipment includes Siemens and GE technologies.
There is no floating required between departments.
Scheduling details such as weekend rotation and on-call schedules will be discussed during the interview.
Holiday expectations include working 75% of holidays.
Requesting time off will require manager approval.
Shift times may vary based on requisition.
