Description:Radiology AdministratorDrive the delivery of top-notch Radiology services at NYP Brooklyn Methodist Hospital. The scope of this role includes the radiology access center, pre-certification team, registrars for all radiology areas. The administrator oversees all of radiology scheduling (including direct scheduling performed boy service line ASRs), physician services / support / coverage, quality assurance, daily patient flow and scheduling templates for CT, MRI, IR, US, Xray and Breast Imaging.
This is a full-time position, working Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:00pm
Preferred Criteria:- Master's degree in business or health care
Required Criteria:- Bachelor's degree
- 5-7 years' related work experience in finance and health care managing large and complex organizations, including physician clinical practices
- Relevant experience in health care, particularly at an academic medical center. Significant management experience in a faculty-driven environment
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Comprehensive understanding of the similarities and differences among related projects, as well as a broad knowledge of the clinical teaching, educational requirements, human resources practices, ambulatory practice billing.
Please note that all roles require on-site presence (variable by role). Therefore, all employees should live within a commutable distance to NYP.
NYP will not reimburse for travel expenses.
Salary Range:$97,000-$135,000/Annual
