OverviewResponsibilities- Strong supermarket rack refrigeration experience
- CO₂/R744 system experience, including transcritical systems
- EPA Universal Certification - Required
- Advanced electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills
- Experience with Danfoss, Emerson/CPC, VFDs, and refrigeration controls
- Ability to diagnose compressor, refrigerant, oil system, electrical, and control failures
- Ability to perform leak detection, recovery, evacuation, charging, and system startups
- Ability to read electrical schematics and refrigeration diagrams
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
- Ability to work independently and participate in an on-call rotation
Qualifications- 3+ years of commercial experience as an HVAC and Refrigeration Technician
- Active EPA Certification
- Valid driver's license
- CO2 Rack Experience
- Military Base Background Clearance required
- Excellent customer relations and interpersonal skills
- Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to safely lift to 50 lbs., climb and balance on a ladder, and work in elevated/high locations.
