Reporting to the Product Assurance Engineering Manager, the R&D Verification Engineer II is responsible for contributing to the design, development, and sustainment of water quality instruments by executing design verification processes and principles. This role sits within the Product Development Engineering team, where engineering decisions directly influence usability, reliability, and the overall customer experience.
Working as part of a multidisciplinary team, the Verification Engineer applies strong engineering fundamentals while growing their ability to think critically, collaborate effectively, and connect technical decisions to real-world customer outcomes. This role supports both new product development and sustaining efforts, balancing innovation with continuous improvement of products already in the field.
This position is part of the Product Development Engineering team, located in Loveland, CO, and will be onsite.

3-5 years of experience in hardware design, Verification Engineering, Reliability Engineering, Quality Engineering, or Test Engineering with Product Development background.

This range may be modified in the future. An associate’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.
The compensation range for this role is $75,000 - $95,000 USD per year. This job is also eligible for Bonus Pay.
