Who are we looking for? We are seeking a curious, technically capable R&D Scientist to contribute to the development and improvement of chemical products and technologies across our global portfolio. This role is ideal for a scientist who enjoys hands-on experimentation, rigorous data analysis, and working collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams to translate scientific ideas into practical, commercial outcomes.
You will be part of an innovative R&D organization supporting both new product development and continuous improvement initiatives.
What will you be doing? - Assist lead formulation chemists in daily bench work
- Formulate pastes according to established SOPs.
- Troubleshoot basic process issues and escalate appropriately
- Perform optimization studies
- Support applications and synthesis teams by providing pastes as needed
- Record and present results weekly
- Maintain and organize formulation records
Who are You? - 0 - 3 years of industry experience in a related field.
- Technical certification or degree in electrical, chemical, or a related engineering field is required
- Materials testing background prefrerred
- Experience working with metals, QC background, lab experience preferred
- Basic computer skills: Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint; ability to log process data
- Familiarity with statistical analysis software such as Minitab is a plus
- Ability to work in a team environment, follow instructions, communicate effectively.
- Hands-on, good time management skills
- Strong attention to detail; focus on process control, documentation, maintaining quality.
- Able to stand, reach, use fine tools; occasionally lift small weights or handle assemblies.

The typical base salary range for this position is between $71,822.00 to $107,732.00
