Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or related discipline.
• Proven laboratory experience in analytical chemistry or biochemistry, especially in manufacturing or quality control.
• Strong knowledge of GLP, CGMP, ISO 9001 standards, and safety protocols.
• Familiarity with scientific research methodologies and product development processes.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong documentation and communication skills across departments.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain laboratory instrumentation including ICP-OES, FTIR, TGA and other analytical equipment.
• Develop, optimize, and validate analytical methods for product testing and quality assurance.
• Conduct research and design experiments utilizing spectroscopy, chromatography, and wet chemistry methods.
• Manage laboratory data using Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS).
• Support product development by designing experiments, analyzing results, and providing technical insights.
• Perform routine quality control tests to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with teams to troubleshoot process issues and enhance product durability.
• Document experimental procedures and results in technical reports.
