About the Position

Our traders work in teams to seek out and profitably trade mispriced securities. The junior traders job responsibilities will include disciplined decision making, risk management, derivative pricing, and researching new opportunities. Required Skills
  • An undergraduate or an advanced degree in a quantitative field such as computer science, engineering, or one of the hard sciences
  • Proficiency with at least one of the following languages: Python or C++
  • The ability to work and solve problems as part of a team, often in a high-pressure environment
  • Proven trustworthiness and performance under the highest ethical standards
  • A strong desire for knowledge and to understand how things work
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills
  • A strong work ethic and ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment

Base Salary

$200,000 - Salaries are based on numerous factors such as skills, experience, and education. Our compensation package also includes a discretionary bonus and a comprehensive benefits program for full-time employees. For more information, reach out to your recruiter.
