JOB DESCRIPTION

DESCRIPTION:

Duties: Develop analytical frameworks, business intelligence tools, and predictive models to support credit card product enhancement, customer insight generation, and portfolio strategy. Analyze data sources to detect behavioral patterns, assess marketing and product performance, and identify opportunities for growth or optimization. Partner with internal stakeholders such as product, finance, or engineering teams to integrate analytical findings into product planning and execution. Design controlled tests and analytical validations to ensure models are accurate, compliant, and aligned with regulatory and customer requirements. Prepare and deliver presentations and written summaries that translate analytical outcomes into strategic recommendations for senior management, supporting data-driven decision-making and overall business performance improvement.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum education and experience required: Master's degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field of study plus 2 years of experience in the job offered or as Quant Analytics Associate, Data Analyst, Business Consultant, or related occupation. The employer will alternatively accept a Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field of study plus 5 years of experience in the job offered or as Quant Analytics Associate, Data Analyst, Business Consultant, or related occupation.

Skills Required: This position requires one (1) year of experience with the following: Exploring, cleaning, and interpreting datasets utilizing SQL and programming languages such as Python, R, or Julia; Producing and managing technical documentation, metadata, and workflow descriptions to support transparency and collaboration across teams; Maintaining and enhancing data analysis utilities, automation scripts, or related code repositories; Constructing datasets and developing analytical or machine learning models through processes involving ETL, data preparation, and statistical evaluation for forecasting and segmentation purposes; Developing operational and strategic reporting dashboards using business intelligence and visualization platforms, including Tableau and Power BI.
