JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Summary:
As a Quant Analytics Associate in the Digital Experience Analytics team, you will support the Digital Experience Analytics team across digital measurement, reporting, QA, and optimization for web, campaign, and content channels. The role will help maintain analytics implementation quality, support dashboard development, validate tagging and data accuracy, and contribute to engagement measurement and stakeholder reporting. You will partner with marketing, product, and analytics teams to improve digital performance insights and help scale repeatable analytics processes through documentation, automation, and AI-enabled workflow improvements.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support the design, execution, and enhancement of digital analytics and measurement capabilities across web, campaign, and content channels. Perform analytics, reporting, and modeling to assess digital performance and identify optimization opportunities.
  • Conduct QA of digital analytics implementations, ensuring accuracy of tracking, tagging, and data integrity across Adobe Analytics and related platforms. Analyze datasets to generate insights on user behavior and engagement.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting solutions. Build and apply analytical models, including engagement scoring frameworks and benchmark methodologies.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across marketing, product, and analytics teams to support campaign measurement and performance evaluation.
  • Leverage AI tools to improve efficiency across analytics workflows and support development of scalable automation.
  • Maintain documentation for analytics processes, tagging standards, and reporting methodologies.

Required Qualifications, capabilities and skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Business, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in digital or marketing analytics.
  • Experience with Adobe Analytics and web QA.
  • Strong data structuring, validation, and modeling skills.
  • Experience building reports and dashboards.
  • Experience using AI tools (Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude)

Preferred Qualifications, capabilities and skills:

  • Experience with behavioral analytics tools (ContentSquare, FullStory, Hotjar)
  • Knowledge of UTM frameworks and campaign tagging.
  • Experience with Sprinklr or similar tools.
  • Experience with BI tools (ThoughtSpot, Tableau, Looker)
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript
  • Experience with Python or SQL.
  • Understanding of ETL concepts.
  • Apply AI tools to streamline workflows.
  • Support automation initiatives
