As a Suppression Operations Analyst within the centralized suppressions operation team, you will partner with stakeholders to design, review, and monitor suppression rules and dashboards for various channels and audiences. You will play a key role in ensuring our processes meet control standards and regulatory requirements, while fostering a collaborative team culture.

You will leverage advanced analytics platforms and reporting tools to deliver insights that drive business decisions. Your work will directly impact marketing operations and support the development, product, and strategy teams in solving complex challenges.

Job Responsibilities
  • Deliver insights through data analysis and reporting to drive business rules for audience eligibility and targeting, using advanced Tableau and Alteryx capabilities.
  • Create Alteryx reports to detect exceptions in execution of suppression rules for different marketing channels.
  • Acquire competence in decision flow platform Sapiens to support design and testing needs; conduct unit testing and UAT of suppression rules.
  • Ensure compliance with control standards, regulatory, and legal requirements when building reports.
  • Partner closely with development, product, and strategy teams for impact analysis and issue resolution.
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, finance, economics, engineering, or mathematics.
  • Demonstrated experience working on data and analytics-focused projects.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Alteryx, Power BI, Tableau, and strong storytelling skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proficient in advanced SQL queries and relational databases including Oracle, Athena, and Snowflake.
  • Strong research, root cause analysis, and problem-solving skills; detail-oriented.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas and findings to business partners.
  • Ability to continuously learn new data, tools, and platforms.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
  • Background in financial industry, especially marketing operations.
  • Experience with cloud technologies such as Athena.
  • Experience with Sapiens, Python, and SAS Viya.
