Quality Systems Manager to join our
Operations team in

What You'll Be Contributing: - Execute, maintain, and improve the Integrated Management System (IMS/QMS)across the business unit.
- Lead internal audits and support external audits; ensure timely closure of findings.
- Own and coach NCR and CAPA processes, including root cause analysis and effectiveness checks.
- Partner with Production and Operations to resolve quality and compliance issues.
- Ensure risk registers are current and actively used to drive decision-making, escalation, and prioritization across the business unit.
- Partner closely with Supply Chain to ensure supplier quality, risk mitigation, and compliance with applicable standards
- Develop and report quality KPIs, metrics, and dashboards; analyze trends, identify emerging risks, and drive proactive mitigation strategies.
- Lead and support continuous improvement and process change initiatives.
- Provide training, coaching, and guidance on quality and management system requirements.
- Support resolution of customer complaints and feedback through effective corrective actions.
What Sets You Apart: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, Operations, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
- 3-5 years of progressive experience in a Quality Assurance role
- Deep knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS/IMS) and experience leading implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement
- Hands-on experience with internal and external audits, including audit preparation, execution, and closure of findings
- Strong working knowledge of ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and ISO 50001)
- Experience owning or supporting certification processes and ongoing compliance
- Proven experience applying risk-based methodologies (e.g., FMEA, risk assessments, control plans) to identify and mitigate operational and quality risks
- Strong root cause analysis capabilities (e.g., 5 Whys, Fishbone/Ishikawa) with a focus on sustainable corrective actions
- Strong cross-functional leadership skills with the ability to influence without direct authority
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear business insights
- Proficiency with quality and data tools (e.g., ERP/MRP systems, quality management software, Excel or BI tools)
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving capabilities
- Lean / Six Sigma certification is an asset
