Required Skills/Knowledge:- Deep understanding of industry-specific requirements and ability to administer QMS standards like ISO 9001, IATF 16949 or ISO 13485
- Audit Management: Scheduling, leading external, internal and supplier audits and handling document control protocols
- Ability to make Data-Driven Decisions: Interpreting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to monitor QMS performance and spot defect trends
- Capable of Cross-Functional Collaboration: Communicating quality metrics and expectations clearly between the factory floor, engineering teams and executive management
- Experience in Training and Development: Educating employees on standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Conflict Resolution: Navigating supplier discrepancies, customer complaints, and internal pushback diplomatically
- Position is 100% On-Site
Additional Skills/Knowledge Preferred:- Strong Microsoft Office, Word, Excel skills
- Experience with ERP systems
- 2-4 years previous QMS experience in a manufacturing facility environment
- High School Degree
- ASQ Certification a plus
