Full Job Description
Purpose Statement:  The purpose of the Quality Supervisor is to lead quality activities in support of the Plexus Quality Strategy. This is a developing leader role, where the individual will be asked to demonstrate strong knowledge of the Quality function while leading a team. The Leader is an active, hands on role who will lead by example embodying the Plexus Core Values. Success in this role will depend on the team's ability to efficiently accomplish multiple quality functional tasks in direct support of operational teams. Key Job Accountabilities:
  • Drive QA KPIs at their respective assigned functions
  • Manage direct reports performance and development plan
  • Work cohesively with other CFT members to drive quality related & customer focus CI
  • Typically is responsible for more complex accounts or products
  • Responsible to exemplify and hold their team accountable to demonstrating the Plexus Core Values. Leader will focus on evaluating potential, driving succession planning, and ensuring their employees receive the development and coaching required to realize their full potential.
Education/Experience Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree with 3 or more years of related experience is preferred. An equivalent combination of education and/or experience will be considered.
Travel Requirements:
  • Less than 40%
