Mill Creek Machining, a location of Delva Tool & Machine, is looking for a
Quality Supervisor to support day-to-day inspection and quality operations while helping drive a culture of accountability, compliance, and continuous improvement. What You'll Do
- Supervise Quality Inspectors and Technicians while managing daily priorities and workload.
- Oversee in-process and final inspection activities to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and customer requirements.
- Review and disposition nonconforming material and coordinate corrective action activities.
- Conduct internal audits and shop-floor quality surveillance.
- Support AS9102 first article inspections, customer source inspections, and quality documentation requirements.
- Maintain quality records, NCR logs, and inspection documentation within the QMS.
- Train and develop quality personnel while promoting best practices.
- Partner with Production, Engineering, and Operations to resolve quality concerns and drive improvements.
What We're Looking For- 4+ years of quality experience within manufacturing.
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong blueprint reading and GD&T interpretation skills.
- Working knowledge of AS9100 quality systems.
- Experience with NCRs, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
- Ability to communicate effectively across departments and lead by example.
Benefits and PerksThis salary range for this position falls between $70,000-$100,000/year depending on experience.
