Job DescriptionThe Quality Program Manager RN oversees clinical quality and safety activities related to patient care and employee safety. This role focuses on standardizing workflows, processes, protocols, and policies within the clinics and organization and implementing best practice standards to improve care. This role works with leadership to support accountability and promote success, and serves as a resource regarding clinical issues, regulatory matters, and quality improvement initiatives
Required qualifications:- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- Driving may be necessary as part of this role. Caregivers are required to comply with all state laws and requirements for driving. Caregivers will be expected to provide proof of driver license and auto insurance upon request. See policy for additional information.
- 3 years of direct patient care (RN)
- 2 years of leadership, Education, or Quality and Safety experience (in addition to the direct patient care experience needed)
Preferred qualifications:- Master's Degree in Nursing or health care administration
- Ambulatory nursing experience.
- Epic EMR experience
