Qualifications

• OSHA 30 Hour certification preferred, enhancing workplace safety knowledge.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for clear reporting and collaboration.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for effective documentation and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an effective quality control program as per company standards and compliance documents.
• Review and approve subcontractor quality programs and testing procedures.
• Ensure performance of all required tests and inspections.
• Establish inspection points for critical phases of work.
• Control nonconformance items and initiate corrective actions as needed.
• Coordinate with testing laboratories and third-party inspectors to ensure compliance.
• Document and submit monthly quality reports highlighting key performance metrics.
