  • Demonstrated success in continuous improvement initiatives, preferably with Six Sigma Green Belt or higher.
  • IIA ISO 9001 Auditor certification preferred.
  • Experience with MRP/MPS systems, particularly SAP.

Full Job Description
What you'll do
  • Lead and execute the end-to-end quality strategy-ensuring company quality standards are met at every stage from raw material sourcing to final product delivery-while maintaining oversight and alignment across additional sites in Texas
  • Monitor quality performance metrics across the supply chain and generate statistical reports to inform decision making
  • Develop and deliver high quality training programs for employees throughout the supply chain to ensure understanding of quality standards.
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement preventative measures to mitigate quality risks throughout the supply chain.
  • Conduct internal and external audits to ensure compliance with quality standards and identify areas for improvement
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including purchasing, manufacturing, logistics, & customer service to ensure quality is integrated

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry or related technical discipline5+ years of experience in quality, including leadership experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Expertise in policy development, incident investigation, and structured root cause analysis
  • Proficient in Quality Management Systems (QMS), international standards, HACCP, and core quality tools (FMEA, SPC, CAPA), including statistical quality control (SQC)
  • Demonstrated success driving continuous improvement initiatives; Six Sigma (DMAIC) experience required (Green Belt or higher preferred)
  • IIA ISO 9001 Auditor certification preferred
  • Experience with MRP/MPS systems; SAP strongly preferred

The salary rangefor this role is $100,000.00 to $120,000.00. This range represents the good-faith minimumand maximum wages the Company reasonably expects to offer for this role at thetime of posting. In addition to base salary, this position may be eligiblefor incentive pay or other forms of compensation, as applicable. TheCompany also offers a comprehensive benefits package as described above. Actualcompensation will be based on factors such as the candidate's skills,experience, education, training, and work location.
