The Opportunity

The Quality Management Systems Manager is responsible for leading the design, governance, administration, and continuous improvement of Integra's Quality Management System (QMS) across corporate, engineering, manufacturing, integration, commissioning, and field services operations. This role serves as the operational owner of the QMS, ensuring that processes, procedures, records, roles, responsibilities, metrics, audits, corrective actions, and management review activities are clearly defined, consistently executed, and aligned with ISO 9001 principles, customer requirements, regulatory expectations, and Integra's business objectives. Working closely with Operational Excellence, Manufacturing Quality, Engineering Quality, Supplier Quality, and field operations, the Quality Management Systems Manager strengthens process discipline, audit readiness, document control, performance visibility, and continual improvement across a multi-site, mission-critical environment.

What you will do?

QMS Governance, Execution, and Administration
  • Own the administration, governance, and ongoing improvement of the Quality Management System, including process architecture, controlled documentation, records, procedures, standards, workflows, and system health monitoring.
  • Ensure QMS processes are clearly defined, assigned, communicated, and integrated into core business processes across corporate, manufacturing, integration, commissioning, engineering, supplier quality, and field teams.
  • Maintain alignment between the QMS, ISO 9001 principles, customer requirements, regulatory expectations, internal policies, and Integra's enterprise quality operating model.
  • Partner with process owners to document, standardize, and improve key business processes using risk-based thinking, measurable controls, and clear ownership of QMS requirements.
  • Maintain quality frameworks, document control practices, records management, and data integrity controls that support standardized execution, traceability, compliance, and audit readiness.

Internal Audit, External Audit, and Management Review
  • Own and manage the QMS internal audit program, including annual audit planning, audit criteria, schedules, execution, reporting, finding closure, and effectiveness verification.
  • Serve as the primary company liaison for external quality system audits, registrar audits, customer audits, and applicable third-party quality organizations.
  • Coordinate audit preparation activities, ensuring objective evidence, records, process owners, audit responses, and corrective actions are complete, accurate, and available on schedule.
  • Lead management review planning and execution by consolidating QMS performance, audit results, corrective action status, customer feedback, process performance, risks, opportunities, resource needs, and improvement actions into an executive-ready summary.
  • Track decisions and actions from management review to ensure leadership commitments, resource needs, and improvement priorities are assigned, followed up, and closed effectively.

QMS Performance, CAPA, and Continual Improvement
  • Strengthen corrective and preventive action processes, ensuring NCRs, audit findings, customer concerns, process gaps, and repeat issues are addressed through disciplined root cause analysis, containment, corrective action, and effectiveness checks.
  • Define, track, and report QMS performance metrics such as audit completion, finding closure, corrective action aging, repeat findings, document control performance, training compliance, customer feedback, and overall QMS effectiveness.
  • Analyze QMS data and quality trends to identify systemic gaps, process risks, recurring nonconformities, and improvement opportunities across functions and sites.
  • Partner with Operational Excellence, Continuous Improvement, and process owners to implement preventive controls, standardized work, and sustainable improvements that strengthen QMS maturity.
  • Stay current on ISO standard revisions, QMS best practices, audit expectations, lean/Six Sigma methods, and industry quality requirements that may affect Integra's quality system and certification readiness.

Process Owner Support, Training, and Stakeholder Collaboration
  • Support process owners by clarifying QMS responsibilities, documentation expectations, audit evidence requirements, process controls, and improvement actions.
  • Develop and deliver QMS awareness, documentation, audit readiness, corrective action, and process compliance training for employees, leaders, and functional quality teams.
  • Support customer pre-qualification, sales, and project pursuit activities by coordinating accurate quality system responses, surveys, certifications, and controlled quality documentation.
  • Facilitate clear communication between quality specialists, operational leaders, engineering, manufacturing, commissioning, field teams, and executive management on QMS expectations, quality system performance, and improvement priorities.
  • Supervise, coach, and develop QMS coordination, audit support, documentation, and administrative personnel to ensure workload clarity, accountability, and timely completion of quality system activities.

Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 10 to 12 years of progressive experience in quality management systems, quality assurance, internal auditing, document control, corrective action management, process governance, or QMS administration within manufacturing, engineering, construction, mission-critical, industrial, energy, or complex equipment environments.
  • At least 3 to 5 years of experience leading QMS programs, audit programs, process improvement initiatives, people, or cross-functional quality system activities.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, quality management, industrial technology, construction management, business, or a related technical field preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.
  • ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification strongly preferred; ASQ, Six Sigma, Lean, Certified Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence, or related quality credentials are a plus.
