Full Job Description
Monitors and maintains a focus on patient outcomes for continuous quality improvement. Utilizes teamwork and collaboration through the facilitation of group process for the achievement of positive departmental and hospital wide outcomes. Reports to Director, Nursing Services Qualifications: • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license for the state of Connecticut • Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred in a health related field with emphasis on quality improvement and research preferred • Must have 2+ years hospital experience with knowledge of medical diagnosis and treatment • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
