Job DescriptionManufacturer of large custom-designed control valves, you will work in a dynamic and high-tech production facility based in our Marshalltown, Iowa location.
In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: - Develop metrics to assess manufacturing conformance to requirements, including supplier conformance. Drive improvement of the metrics.
- Manage a team to support site quality systems and continuous improvement to maintain site ISO and ASME certifications and other industry standards as required.
- Coordinate investigation of customer related quality issues between manufacturing and the customer service network.
- Coordinate all required audits including internal, supplier, as well as hosting 3rd party agencies and customer audits.
- Responsible for consistent application of company policies in the department.
- Assures that objectives stated above are attained without violation of terms agreed to in union contract.
- Coordinate and communicate with all levels of the organization.

For This Role, You Will Need: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, or a related technical field and 4 years of quality assurance or quality engineering experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Compliance assessment and development of quality systems, procedures, methods, and personnel.
- Good understanding of Fisher products and their part inter-relationships as they relate to form, fit, and function of the product design.
- Application of critical quality characteristics and their verification of conformance to specified requirements.
- Knowledge of applicable codes and standards (ASME, ANSI, ISO 9000).

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart: - A minimum of 3 years Fisher product experience.
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Previous supervisory experience is preferred.
- Proven leadership experience in a team environment is preferred
