- Master's or bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, business administration, or other related field/equivalent work experience
- A minimum of ten (10) years of IT and business experience, with at least seven (7) years in Quality Assurance (QA)
- Well versed in Quick Test Professional (QTP)/Unified Functional Testing (UFT) /JMeter Automation Tool
- A minimum of seven (7) years of experience with testing and workload modelling across various technology platforms (web-based, web services, .NET, .NET Core apps, etc.)
- A minimum of seven (7) years of experience with test planning and defining SLAs
- Strong knowledge of current, industry wide performance/load Test processes and practices, tools, and techniques
- A minimum of two (2) years of audit or assessment or other relevant experience;
- Ability to provide strategic direction, guidance, and integrated solutions to enterprise-wide, quality engineering initiatives;
- Ability to work on multiple projects as a project leader or as the subject matter expert;
- Ability to work on projects/issues of high complexity that require in-depth knowledge across multiple technical areas and business segments;
- Ability to coach and mentor more junior technical staff; and
- Generative AI and GitHub Copilot Proficiency.
