Full Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Supervision of the Quality Assurance Technicians as directed by the appropriate Quality Manager.
• Assist the Quality Assurance Team in processing and resolving customer concerns, as required.
• Provide the organization with technical support and act as a mentor to the Quality Technicians.
• Understand and apply appropriate quality assurance and improvement processes.
• Continuously upgrade skills and knowledge to improve personal effectiveness and provide training and guidance to less experienced/skilled personnel.
• Recognize and evaluate the impact on others when making any decision.
• Active participation in new product launches representing Quality as part of the APQP process, as required.
• Effectively communicating with customers, suppliers, and employees of Supply Technologies, as required.
• Provide visible, active support for the ISO9001, and the ISO 14001 Quality System, as applicable.
• Maintain a safe and unobstructed work area, follow all safety guidelines, and utilize appropriate safety equipment and practices.
• Practice positive customer relations and constructive problem-solving.
• Regular, reliable attendance.

Must Haves:
• 5+ years' experience in Supervisory experience.
• 5+ years' experience in APQP Experience.
• 5+ years' experience in Statistical analysis experience.
• 5+ years' experience utilizing Statistical Process Control (SPC) software experience.
• 5+ years' experience utilizing ISO 9001 experience.
• 5+ years' experience in PPAP experience.
• 5+ years' experience in Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
• 5+ years' experience in the use of basic inspection equipment (calipers, micrometers, etc.)
• Ability to work under remote or offsite supervision.
• Ability to travel.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent experience.
