Job Requirements

The Quality Assurance Engineer is responsible for ensuring high-quality, bug free systems are delivered to the end user, facilitating customer training and driving future enhancements.

Work Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent technical schooling/training required.
  • At least 5 years of experience in software quality assurance or a related field required.
  • At least 5 years of experience working in the HVAC industry required.
  • Solid troubleshooting skills required.
  • Working knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems preferred.
  • Ability to interpret mechanical, electrical drawings, specifications, and diagrams.
  • Ability to adapt and be flexible in a changing environment.
  • Exceptional organizational skills required.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills required.
  • Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines required.
  • Must be able to deal with a large volume of work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.
