Job DescriptionAs a Quality Engineer II here at Honeywell Aerospace, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest standards of quality for our products and processes. You will be responsible for developing and implementing quality assurance strategies, conducting audits, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement quality control procedures and standards
- Conduct audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality requirements
- Analyze data and trends to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and customer satisfaction
ResponsibilitiesYOU MUST HAVE
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics
- 1+ years of experience in quality engineering
- Experience with quality management systems and regulatory standards

- Advanced degree in Engineering (e.g., EE, ME)
- Experience with Six Sigma or Lean methodologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
QualificationsPAY TRANSPARENCY
The annual base salary range for this position in California is $85,000 - $106,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell Aerospace considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations
