Job Title: Quality Engineer (EPD II)
Shift Schedule: Day Shift (Swing Shift - Potential)
San Jose, CA

The Quality Engineer will support quality control and assurance processes that meet established quality standards and compliance requirements. The ideal candidate will support the development and implementation of quality initiatives throughout the production process and will help conduct corrective actions as needed. This is an on-site position, and physical presence at the facility is required to perform job responsibilities effectively.

What You'll Do
  • Support to develop and implement quality control systems and procedures.
  • Monitor the full production cycle and report any deviations or malfunctions.
  • Perform routine inspections and tests on products and processes.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Analyze product specifications to ensure alignment with customer requirements.
  • Identifyareas for quality improvement and recommend solutions.
  • Perform routine inspections and tests on products and processes.
  • Create andmaintainquality documentation, including inspection reports and manuals.
  • Lead quality improvement projects and cross-functional teams to enhance product durability and performance.
  • Ensure compliance with legal, industry, and organizational standards and regulations.
  • Stay current with the latest quality control standards and methodologies.
  • Support ISO implementation and ongoing certification activities.
  • Perform additional responsibilities as needed to support business objectives.


What You'll Bring:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Material Engineering, Reliability Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related discipline.
  • A minimum of one year of quality control experience within the manufacturing server assembly environment.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional and cross-regional teams.

Day Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:15PM; Swing Shift: 3:30 PM - 11:45 PM

Pay Range: $90k-$120k annually DOE
