Skills Required:
• Expertise in Contact Center platforms.
• IVR/Routing Automation using Cyara, Hammer etc
• Automation testing across UI & APIs (Selenium, Postman, Karate etc- any of them)
• Agent Desktop Automation, Java core.
• Provide technical leadership for maintenance releases, enhancements, and ongoing support activities.
• Familiarity with tools like Bitbucket/Git, JIRA, Confluence, IDEs(IntelliJ/Eclipse) etc.
• Experience working in a structured scaled Agile environment.
Salary Range - CA$ 100,000 - CA$ 120,000 Per Year
