What You'll Be Doing- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks for web and cloud-based applications.
- Collaborate with development and product teams to define test strategies, acceptance criteria, and test cases.
- Implement and promote Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) practices to improve test coverage and cross-functional collaboration.
- Execute automated and manual tests, analyze results, and document defects with clear and actionable information.
- Continuously improve automation processes, frameworks, and testing tools to enhance efficiency and reliability.
- Participate in sprint planning, code reviews, and other Agile development ceremonies.
- Maintain a strong focus on quality, customer value, and system reliability throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Stay current with emerging testing technologies, trends, and industry best practices.
What We Look For- 3+ years of experience in automated software testing.
- Proven experience developing and maintaining automation frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar technologies.
- Experience with BDD frameworks such as Cucumber, SpecFlow, or Behave is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in Python, Java, or C# for test automation development.
- Strong understanding of software development principles and modern testing methodologies.
- Experience working in Agile development environments.
