  • Coordinate with process owners, SMEs, and program leadership to ensure timely resolution of findings
  • Translate root cause findings into actionable, implemented solutions
  • Track status, risks, and dependencies across all corrective action efforts
  • Ensure full compliance with program procedures, audit expectations, and documentation standards

Initiating & Designing (I&D) Support
  • Support intake and evaluation of new project requests across program workstreams
  • Define clear problem statements, scope, assumptions, and high-level solution approaches
  • Assist in development of project frameworks, engagement models, and delivery plans
  • Coordinate with leadership to prioritize initiatives and reduce bottlenecks
  • Support development of templates, intake processes, and standardized approaches to project initiation
  • Ensure new initiatives are structured for efficient execution and measurable outcomes

Process & Controls Re-Architecture
  • Analyze and evaluate existing processes, procedures, and documentation across utility programs
  • Support redesign of process architecture, including development of future-state workflows
  • Create process maps, SOPs, RACIs, and supporting documentation
  • Identify inefficiencies, redundancies, and gaps in current processes
  • Contribute to development of standardized, scalable process frameworks ("gold standard")
  • Improve accessibility, usability, and consistency of documentation across teams

Quality, Risk & Continuous Improvement
  • Support root cause analysis efforts and risk mitigation strategies
  • Ensure alignment between corrective actions and long-term process improvements
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aligned with PDCA principles
  • Identify trends in defects, findings, and process breakdowns to inform systemic improvements

Coordination, Reporting & Governance
  • Maintain detailed tracking of actions, deliverables, and program metrics
  • Provide regular updates through structured reporting cadences (e.g., weekly, monthly reviews)
  • Support governance processes, including documentation, approvals, and audit readiness
  • Collaborate across GIS, data, engineering, and program teams to ensure alignment
