Quality Engineer II - Quality Sys & ISO: Reporting to the Director of Global Quality, this position d evelops, maintains, and improves all aspects of G&W's quality program as it relates to overall G&W quality operations. This includes but not limited to support for key processes (e.g., CMR and CII) where the engineer would manage the overall project portfolio, follow-up with owners to gain status and also drive closure, and validate completed work to ensure changes are built into G&W processes and way-of-working. Engineer will also support other areas of G&W quality as needed: QMS & certification, internal audits, product certifications, quality documentation, ETQ tool administration, metrics, and reporting, root cause analysis and supplier management.
As a Quality Engineer II - Quality Sys & ISO you will: - Support management & governance for CIIs and CMRs
- Validate CMRs and CIIs to ensure successful closure.
- Support QIT/Exec Management Review meetings
- Project managing & coordination of key G&W quality processes (CMR, CII, etc.) to ensure timely progress, clear status, and proper issue/risk management in alignment with processes & ISO requirements.
- Support processes and ETQ maintenance including review of process docs (incl forms & work instructions and management overall document flow for updates/changes.
- Support customer audits & issues
- Support closure of systemic quality issues, working across the organization as needed
- Internal &External Audits (ISO & customer audits):
- Plan & lead execution of internal ISO9000 and ISO14001 audits including audit reports and related CIIs.
- Review audit reports for appropriate ISO references/audit coverage and related CIIs to ensure successful execution & issue closure.
- Generate audit summary reports.
- Generate audit related CIIs.
- Support metrics and reporting for quality.
- Other duties as assigned.
We are looking for someone with: - Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Materials, Chemical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
- 3 -5 years• experience
- Strong knowledge of quality assurance methodologies, tools, and standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing).
- Proven experience with root cause analysis and problem-solving techniques.
- Excellent analytical and data interpretation skills.
- Proficient in using quality management software and tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality.
- Ideally you will have:
- Experience with statistical process control (SPC) and advanced quality planning (AQP).
- Familiarity with industry-specific quality standards and regulations.
- Plant operations or issue resolution experience preferred.

What we offer you: Typical pay is $86,000 • 111,783 annually.
