Full Job Description
Perform regular internal auditing and monitoring activities focused on identifying risk areas related to registration and other check-in and admission workflows at all Ambulatory sites of care. Make recommendations to leadership based on findings from internal monitoring activities that will support consistent, efficient, and accurate registration results that are in accordance with standard work. Serve as a subject matter expert for the hospital in registration strategies. Develop and execute standard training schedules and curriculum for new hires across the system. Establish and maintain standards of professional competence by providing on-going education, and disseminating information to registration teams. Develop educational materials to supplement Epic training for use by registration teams system-wide that will enable them to understand their role in the patient access value stream. Disseminate information in training sessions and one on one training. Provide registration expertise to other departments within the hospital (e.g. clinic partners, medical staff, provider deployment specialists ).

Required Education and Experience
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field.
Minimum of two (2) years of experience in health care.
Five (5) years of progressively responsible registration/access experience in a hospital setting may be substituted for the required education indicated above.
Must complete Epic Training and obtain a passing score on EUPA test within two (2) weeks of start date.

Preferred
Bachelor's degree.
Five (5) years experience in patient access role.
Experience with Epic system.
Experience with decision support systems.
Adept at use of Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
Adept at using available reports/data.

Compensation Range
$80,715.00 - $121,073.00 per year

Salary Information

This compensation range was calculated based on full-time employment (2080 hours worked per calendar year). Offers are determined by multiple factors including equity, skills, experience, and expertise, and may vary within the range provided.
