Full Job Description
We are looking for a Quality Documentation Coordinator. This position is based in Grand Prairie, TX.

In this position you will support our Quality and Engineering teams. This role focuses on managing documentation, tracking changes, and coordinating information flow between departments. The ideal candidate has strong administrative skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and experience in document control or quality systems.

Shift Hours: 8 A.M. - 5 P.M.

You'll make an impact by:
  • Oversee comprehensive document control by maintaining quality system documentation, tracking and distributing engineering changes, organizing and filing technical documents, and managing document revision control to ensure accuracy, accessibility, and compliance.
  • Oversee database and systems administration by entering and tracking quality data across various platforms, maintaining and updating Excel spreadsheets and databases, generating regular status reports, and organizing electronic filing systems to ensure data accuracy, accessibility, and compliance.
  • Coordinate cross-departmental communication by team meetings, tracking action items, ensuring timely follow-ups, and processing documentation requests.
  • Support the quality system by assisting with supplier documentation, tracking quality metrics and generating reports, maintaining audit files and records, and supporting document control processes to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.

Basic Qualification:
  • 2+ years experience in administrative or document control or engineering role
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office tools (Excel / Word)
  • Experience with electronic filing systems
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with document control software
  • Document control experience

The pay range for this position is $64,903 - $111,262 annually. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
