About The RoleFor this expression of interest (EOI), we are currently seeking a Quality Coordinator to support the delivery of high-quality infrastructure projects across Western Canada. This role offers the opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects including transportation, utilities, energy, marine, and general infrastructure.
Working closely with QA/QC Inspectors, project teams, contractors, and testing agencies, you will play a key role in ensuring quality standards are met while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. Depending on project needs, this role offers flexibility with office, hybrid, or site-based assignments across Alberta and British Columbia.
What You'll Be Working On- Support the development and implementation of Quality Management Plans (QMPs) and Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs).
- Assist with internal and external audits and inspection activities.
- Track and help resolve non-conformances (NCRs), corrective actions, and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with QA/QC Inspectors and project teams to address and resolve quality issues.
- Support contractor and supplier quality reviews and prequalification processes.
- Maintain accurate and organized quality documentation and records.
- Assist with quality data tracking, KPI reporting, and performance analysis.
- Contribute to lessons learned and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate meetings, documentation, and follow-ups to support project quality objectives.
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
- Act as a trusted representative of RAM Consulting, maintaining strong client relationships.
What We're Looking For- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil or Mechanical preferred) is an asset.
- 3-5 years of experience in a quality, QA/QC, or construction-related role.
- Experience working on infrastructure or construction projects.
- Familiarity with quality processes including inspections, audits, and non-conformance tracking.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Experience with Procore or similar systems is an asset.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Exposure to ISO 9001 or similar quality systems is an asset.
- Valid Canadian driver's license and willingness to travel as required.
Compensation & BenefitsThe estimated annual base salary for this position is
$75,000 - $90,000 as of the posting date. Actual compensation within this range will be determined based on factors such as job-related skills, relevant experience, education, and training.
