About The Role

For this expression of interest (EOI), we are currently seeking a Quality Coordinator to support the delivery of high-quality infrastructure projects across Western Canada. This role offers the opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects including transportation, utilities, energy, marine, and general infrastructure.

Working closely with QA/QC Inspectors, project teams, contractors, and testing agencies, you will play a key role in ensuring quality standards are met while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. Depending on project needs, this role offers flexibility with office, hybrid, or site-based assignments across Alberta and British Columbia.

What You'll Be Working On
  • Support the development and implementation of Quality Management Plans (QMPs) and Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs).
  • Assist with internal and external audits and inspection activities.
  • Track and help resolve non-conformances (NCRs), corrective actions, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with QA/QC Inspectors and project teams to address and resolve quality issues.
  • Support contractor and supplier quality reviews and prequalification processes.
  • Maintain accurate and organized quality documentation and records.
  • Assist with quality data tracking, KPI reporting, and performance analysis.
  • Contribute to lessons learned and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Coordinate meetings, documentation, and follow-ups to support project quality objectives.
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
  • Act as a trusted representative of RAM Consulting, maintaining strong client relationships.


What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil or Mechanical preferred) is an asset.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a quality, QA/QC, or construction-related role.
  • Experience working on infrastructure or construction projects.
  • Familiarity with quality processes including inspections, audits, and non-conformance tracking.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Experience with Procore or similar systems is an asset.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exposure to ISO 9001 or similar quality systems is an asset.
  • Valid Canadian driver's license and willingness to travel as required.


Compensation & Benefits

The estimated annual base salary for this position is $75,000 - $90,000 as of the posting date. Actual compensation within this range will be determined based on factors such as job-related skills, relevant experience, education, and training.

Please note that this range reflects base pay only and does not include the competitive bonus program or the comprehensive benefits package offered by RAM Consulting.
