Quality Control Supervisor - Manufacturing & Rotating Equipment

As a Quality Control Supervisor, you will be responsible for

  • Supervising and guiding quality inspectors.

  • Assigning tasks, monitor daily activities, and ensure team productivity.

  • Providing training, coaching, and performance feedback to team members.

  • Ensuring compliance with company procedures, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.

  • Attending pre inspection meetings with customers.

  • Attending and manage punch list closure meetings with customers.

  • Ensuring the completeness and on-time delivery of quality records according to the applicable requirements.

  • Partnering with production team to assure Cell operations are smooth and in compliance with all applicable procedures.

  • Leading RCA and CAPA related to manufacturing quality issues.

  • Monitoring quality control metrics for observations/punch list found during the execution phases and take proper actions.

  • Driving cross-functional improvement projects of operational processes, with lean methods, aimed to flawless execution, eliminating 7waste7 tied to the metrics of Escaping defects and Observations/PL

  • Leading quality Tool Box awareness for production team.

  • Ensuring effective implementation of Quality Control processes.

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have a Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering

  • Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing and rotating equipment.

  • Be Six-Sigma Green Belt Certified

  • Be certified with ISO9001 Lead Auditor/Internal auditor.

  • Have strong leadership skills

  • Have the ability to work in a global environment

  • Have excellent Functional/Technical, Customer Focus, Communication, Interpersonal, and Team working skills.
