Overview

The Quality Control Specialist I will be responsible for the following duties...

  • Inspect and test biological raw materials and manufacturediIntermediates by performing sampling
  • Inspect and test biological raw materials and manufactured intermediates by performing sampling, results review, and visual inspection per established procedures
  • Complete documentation clearly and accurately
  • Recognize and investigate out of specification or out of trend results and report to supervisor
  • Assist with testing improvements and changes within change management
  • Enter results into ERP system and Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) as required
  • Follow good laboratory practicies and procedures
  • Work in a team environment and interface with other departments as required

Location: This position must be based in Irvine, California and requires the employee to be located within commuting distance of the office.

Compensation: The estimated base salary range for this position is $77,600 to $106,700 annually, at the time of posting.  Actual compensation will be provided in writing at the time of offer, if applicable, and is based on several factors we believe fairly and accurately impact compensation, including geographic location, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and other job permitted factors. This position is eligible for a variable annual bonus, which is dependent upon achievement of your individual objectives and Company performance.
